This self-paced online mini course introduces participants to foundational concepts on the impact of trauma and trauma-informed care (TIC) as a set of universal principles for high-quality system design. Learners will understand that TIC is critical to person-centred health-system transformation and gain practice in applying the principles of TIC to a small system-change opportunity, with an emphasis on moving rapidly from concepts to action.
