Making Sense of Pain: A Self-Management Program
Living with pain can be challenging, especially when faced with barriers to care. Making Sense of Pain is a free, group-based program designed to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to manage pain in daily life. Over 9 to 10 weeks, participants explore topics like pain science, stress management, movement, sleep, and self-compassion—all in a welcoming, facilitator-led setting. Each session includes time for learning, discussion, and social connection.
