Stop Worrying! 

 

This workshop helps you learn ways to decrease worrying (a common component of anxiety).

 

There is an evolutionary advantage to worrying: constructive worry gives us an edge in coping through life's challenges.

 

But when worry is unproductive, or when unfocused worry- spirals are increasing anxiety, interfering with our day, or resulting in more time spent worrying than working, its time to lessen the worry habit

 

This 2- hour workshop provides practical strategies to curtail unhelpful worrying and decrease its negative impact on mood and performance.
